You are what you eat. This adage is true in every possible way. When we crossed 30, we started to contemplate all the anti aging possibilities. Salmon

Salmon is a perfect anti aging food rich in omega-3 fatty acids. The oils in this fish strengthen memory and maintain mental health. The essential fats in this fish reduce the risk of age related ailments like arthritis, high blood pressure and heart diseases.
